Sustainable Development: “a natural approach”
Due to the very nature of its activities – dedicated to food products – STEF-TFE has always adopted a sustainable development approach, even when this concept was not clearly defined. Today, the group feels perfectly at ease with this unique concept, which combines economic performance, social responsibility and respect for the environment.
Our core business is extremely regulated and everyone can reap the benefits as it concerns food consumption. Dealing with sensitive, perishable products is a task for the experts. Furthermore, our history is directly associated with changing trends and consumption patterns and the technological advances that accompany them.
It is in the Group’s DNA to pay very close attention to the expectations of consumers and the demands of food industrials and retailers.
In social matters, STEF-TFE has a long tradition of leading the way with innovations, often in an unexpected way. Our values of enthusiasm, respect, reliability and performance guide our strategy every hour and every minute of every day.
This approach comes naturally to our group and it is our intention to carry on this path.
