Purchasing

Responsible Purchasing

As a European specialist in temperature-controlled transport and logistics, our Group is committed to a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach that allows us to strengthen our sustainable development strategy. In this context, we have developed a Responsible Purchasing Charter that defines the rules of good conduct and the commitments we expect from our suppliers, particularly regarding respect for the environment, human rights, and ethical practices.

Food Safety

We are an essential link in the food chain and work hand in hand with our clients in the agri-food industry, distribution and Foodservice to guarantee the food safety of products entrusted to us.

Our food safety challenges are to:

  • Guarantee the food safety of products by maintaining goods entrusted to us at constant temperature
  • Contribute to our clients' development by preserving their image and reputation regarding cold chain compliance

Our food safety policy is structured around 4 objectives:

  1. Comply with regulatory and institutional frameworks
  2. Master the operations entrusted to us by our clients
  3. Measure the effectiveness of our policy through management and control systems
  4. Actively manage food safety incidents and crises
