Our international flows open a privileged channel to import/export throughout Europe. With a network of connections for temperature-controlled transportation of agri-food products, we offer a flexible and attentive service to your needs, thanks to our 20 years of experience.

STEF international flows

European customers are closer and the procurement of raw materials is easier, thanks to our offer and to service that can count on a network present in 15 European countries, consisting of 225 branches and consolidated in more than 20 years of experience in the sector. Groupage, full loads, logistics, deliveries to retailers or to large-scale retail distribution centers are just some of the solutions we offer for international chilled transport, both for fresh and frozen food.

Airport service for international chilled transport

STEF network allows the pickup of food products in every region of Italy and the delivery to Fiumicino and Malpensa airports, ensuring the respect of the cold chain (the Fiumicino HUB is served from Monday to Saturday). Through this service, we support food producers in the export of food excellence handled by Freight Forwarders and propose service pluses such as delivery up to airport warehouses with porterage service included. We are able to offer a container storage and stuffing service for Groupage goods directed to the main Italian ports, keeping the quality of food products destined to 'abroad unchanged.

Let's face the BREXIT together

As of January 1, 2021, the goods handling system has changed: different customs formalities are required to ship any kind of goods to the UK.

With STEF, dealing with Brexit is advantageous: thanks to dedicated interlocutors we can directly take care of Import/Export Customs Operations. In fact, STEF International Italia's subsidiary acts as a customs forwarder.

A new transport line to and from Austria

Thanks to the collaboration between STEF Italy and Nagel Group, a new transport service of fresh produce to and from Austria will be available with daily departures from the STEF branch in Trento and the Nagel-Group branch in Radfeld.

Thanks to this new transport line we will be able to offer a more capillary service on the Austrian territory by reducing delivery times through the possibility of organizing daily departures from the Trento branch to Austria and from the Nagel-Group branch in Radfeld to Italy.
