Solar panels
At our Bodegraven site, 1,700 solar panels contribute to a more sustainable energy supply. Together, they generate approximately 580,000 kWh annually, covering about 30% of the site’s total energy consumption. This represents a significant step toward a fully low-carbon energy supply.
Alternative fuels
Our Dutch fleet increasingly operates on LNG and other alternative fuels. These vehicles produce lower CO₂ emissions and directly contribute to making our transport more sustainable. In addition, we continuously explore new solutions, such as testing hydrogen applications within our internal transport.
30% less CO₂ emissions by 2030
STEF is working on a significant CO₂ reduction. With alternative fuels, solar panels, and wind energy, we are gradually lowering our emissions. Our goal is a 30% reduction in CO₂ by 2030, without compromising on quality or reliability.
Intermodal = sustainable transport
Where possible, we combine road and rail transport for long distances. By planning smarter and consolidating routes, we save both kilometers and CO₂. An essential part of our Moving Green approach.
Transparency and reporting
By providing insights into CO₂ emissions per shipment, we help organizations make more sustainable choices. Through reports and data, we show exactly how much impact your transport has and where we can improve together.
Every trip should contribute to lower emissions. Through consolidation and planning, we make our logistics smarter and more sustainable.
