As a player in the food supply industry, we are aware of our responsibility to the planet and the need to accelerate our actions to improve our carbon footprint.
Our "Moving Green" roadmap reflects this commitment in 3 areas: sustainable mobility, a responsible cold chain and support for all our stakeholders. Our major objectives:
Reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from our vehicles by 30% by 2030. By 2022, we have reduced our GHG emissions by 16%. Achieve 100% low-carbon energy in our buildings by 2025.
In 2022, low-carbon energy represented 75.7% of our energy mix.

Our Group's activities, presence and network enable us to take concrete action at the heart of local communities.
We work for the integration of people with disabilities and for equal opportunities in access to employment.
#3 For our teams
Our employees are our greatest asset, and we do everything we can to ensure that everyone can flourish within the Group.
Our aim is to encourage the commitment and progress of our employees through concrete policies on health protection, employee share ownership and gender diversity.
In 2022, we also launched our MIX'UP initiative, which embodies our commitment to gender equality in the workplace. Increasing gender diversity in our teams, changing the image of our businesses, guaranteeing equitable integration and career development... these are all issues that drive us. Our goal is to have 25% of our workforce made up of women by 2030.
