More than 100 years at the heart of the supply chain

Since 1920, we have been reinventing ourselves to support developments in the supply chain and food distribution. Our history is closely linked to technological progress, fueled by our ambition and our taste for innovation.

Our governance

Particularly attached to our independence, our capital is 74% owned by our employees. Stanislas Lemor, Chief Executive Officer, alongside Damien Chapotot, Operating CEO France, and François Pinto, Operating CEO International, lead the Group’s executive management together with the members of the Executive Board. The Group's Board of Directors has 11 members and 2 committees.
