Improving the quality of our services and the level of customer satisfaction requires a commitment from all our teams at all times. That is why we help you develop and deepen your skill set throughout your professional adventure.

Our training policy provides access to personalised training courses. It is up to you to actively build it with your manager and the HR department, depending on your needs and those of the company.

At the heart of the arrangement, STEF University relies on an internal training organisation, the Institut des Métiers du Froid (IMF, [Institute of Refrigeration Jobs]). With 230 trainers, its goal is to capitalise on the best expertise and teach the skills required for the future by using innovative and successful educational tools and solutions.
