Your career path
Build a career path that suits you
Enrich your skills
Improving the quality of our services and the level of customer satisfaction requires a commitment from all our teams at all times. That is why we help you develop and deepen your skill set throughout your professional adventure.
Our training policy provides access to personalised training courses. It is up to you to actively build it with your manager and the HR department, depending on your needs and those of the company.
At the heart of the arrangement, STEF University relies on an internal training organisation, the Institut des Métiers du Froid (IMF, [Institute of Refrigeration Jobs]). With 140 trainers, its goal is to capitalise on the best expertise and teach the skills required for the future by using innovative and successful educational tools and solutions.
Do you want to develop your skills and grow in your job role? That’s what we offer with our technical, commercial and managerial courses which are constantly updated.
Do you want to share your knowledge? If you’re an expert in your field, we’ll help you to become a trainer and deliver your knowledge through teaching.
Beyond these courses, we offer many opportunities for you to see your job from a different perspective through specialised assignments, design thinking workshops, hackathons, mentoring and much more…
Ability to progress
We support our employees throughout their career, regardless of their level of qualification. With us, progression is a reality: 70% of our management and supervisory positions are filled through internal promotion!
To help you balance your aspirations with the Group’s needs, we provide comprehensive training which is achieved through completing skill and development plans with annual development interviews
And if you are proud to wear our group’s colours, we would be happy to take you on as an Ambassador for our relations with schools in France, Italy, Spain, Belgium and Portugal. You will have the pleasure of meeting young people and sharing your experience at STEF to create vocations and encourage them to get involved in our adventure tomorrow.
