Laïla, Nadège, and Erika, as well as Stéphane and Nicolas, are among the employees of STEF who share something in common: they are women and men working in professions historically and predominantly affected by gender stereotypes.
They are the faces of our “All Professions are Gender-Inclusive” campaign, which is presented through photos and videos. The goal is to demonstrate that within the Group, everyone can pursue the profession they desire. A woman can be a driver, and a man can be a payroll manager. At STEF, our professions are accessible to everyone, regardless of gender.
The logistics and transport sector is known for being male-dominated, and STEF is committed to changing this perception. Because we need all talents and energies to fulfill our missions, our professions are open to everyone and offer career prospects for all.
This campaign, conducted in partnership with the association “Women Here and Elsewhere,” is part of our MIX’UP diversity initiative launched in 2021. This proactive approach places gender equality at the heart of our diversity and inclusion policy.
It is based on 5 commitments:
Increasing team diversity
Ensuring fair integration and career progression
Promoting a balance between professional and personal life
Adapting our working conditions and environments
Changing the image of our professions
At STEF, we are convinced that the diversity of our teams is an opportunity for everyone to reveal their potential. Our goal is to reach 25% female representation in our workforce by 2030.
