Through our training centre, the “Institut des Métiers du Froid”, we support a learning dynamic tailored to our missions. Our employees also have access to training programmes to enrich their skills at all levels: development of basic knowledge, certificate or diploma recognising professional experience (VAE in France) for example, professional development programme, etc.
